A property in a bulk job that measures and prices1 credit
The same house again within 30 daysFree
A failed measurement, or a roof your Price Book cannot priceFree
Reopening saved properties and proposalsFree
Proposals, links, texts, emails and office mailers from a saved propertyFree, no mailer fee

A property costs the same whether you tap it or a bulk job prices it. Past your allowance, paid plans keep working at your plan's per-credit rate; the free trial stops at 10. RoofGo never charges for printing or postage: your office prints mailers and mails them with its own stamps.

For comparison: EagleView charges $18 to $87 a roof report, Roofr $13 to $19, Hover $29 to $69 without a plan, and SalesRabbit $49 to $75 per rep a month. A RoofGo roof is $0.10 to $0.50, and every rep is included. Their public pricing pages, October 10, 2026.

What is a Property Credit?

One fresh measurement of a property, whether you tap it or a bulk job measures and prices it. Any that fail cost nothing. Reopening saved properties, sending proposals and requesting office mailers are free.

What happens when I run out?

You get a heads-up at 75%, 90% and 100%. Paid plans keep working and extra credits are billed at your plan's rate. Nothing is ever charged without being shown on your usage page.

Do I pay for a bad measurement?

No. If RoofGo cannot produce a usable measurement, or the roof is one your Price Book cannot price (a flat commercial roof with no low-slope system set up, for example), it costs nothing. Re-measuring the same house within 30 days is also free.

What does the trial include?

10 Property Credits and the full product: your branding, your pricing, the map, proposals and office mailers. Bulk jobs start on Solo. No card needed.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time, from Billing. There is no contract. Monthly plans keep full access until the end of the month you paid for, and nothing renews after that. If RoofGo is not right for you, ask within 30 days of your first payment and we refund it in full.

Can I change plans?

Yes, from Billing. A bigger plan starts straight away and you pay only the difference for the rest of the month. A smaller plan starts at your next renewal, so you keep the credits you paid for.
