RoofGo Tap-to-Price Map

Tap a real roof. Get a real price in seconds.

Search an address or tap any house on the map. RoofGo measures the roof from aerial data and prices it from your own Price Book, so a rep can give a first price at the door or on the phone, then send the proposal from the same screen.

Real roofs, real prices

The roof you tapped, measured from above and priced on your own numbers.

  • The photo and the date

Every price shows the aerial photo and when it was flown. An older photo can miss a new room or garage, so you can see it before you quote.

  • Adjust on the spot

Squares, pitch, stories and roof system are one tap away, and the price follows as you tap.

  • More than one roof

Each structure is priced on its own and totalled on one estimate.

  • The whole team on one map

RoofGo warns a rep before they quote a house a teammate already worked, and every rep's doors are on the same map.

No price, no charge: if RoofGo cannot read a roof well enough to price it, you get no price and pay no credit. When RoofGo prices a roof

Where reps use it

  • Door knocking

Tap the house in front of you and give the homeowner a first price on the porch. Mark the door, add a follow-up, move to the next one.

  • Phone quotes

A homeowner calls. Type the address while they talk and read them a price from your Price Book before you hang up. Text the proposal straight after.

  • Storm follow-up

With the optional RoofGo Storm add-on, NOAA hail and wind for US storm days are drawn on the same map. Tap a house inside the hail to price it.

  • Whole neighborhoods

Draw an area and Bulk prices every roof in it, up to 1,000 a job on Company, ready for proposals, mailers and work lists. From the Solo plan up.

Where it works

RoofGo is built for roofing companies in the United States. Address search finds US addresses, and every price is in dollars from your Price Book.

  • A roof can be priced wherever aerial roof data covers it. Coverage varies by area: some rural homes and very new builds have no data yet.
  • No data, no price, no charge. The screen says why, and you can measure that one on site.
  • Storm data is US only, and part of the optional RoofGo Storm add-on ($79 a month for the whole company).

Questions

How is this different from Instant Estimate?

The Tap-to-Price Map is for your team: a rep taps any roof on the map and prices it. Instant Estimate is for homeowners: your own link where they type their address and see a price. Both price from the same Price Book and save to the same account.

How fast is a price?

A few seconds for most roofs, from the tap to the price on screen. Changing the pitch, stories or roof system updates the price as you tap.

Where does the measurement come from?

Aerial roof data and imagery from RoofGo's mapping provider. Every price shows the photo and the date it was flown. RoofGo does not use drones and does not measure on site.

Does it work in my area?

RoofGo is built for US roofing companies: address search covers US addresses and prices are in dollars. Where there is no aerial roof data for a house, there is no price and no charge. Try 5 roofs near you with no login to see your own streets.

What does a tap cost?

1 Property Credit for each property RoofGo measures and prices, $0.20 to $0.99 a roof inside your plan. The same building again within 30 days is free, and a roof that cannot be priced costs nothing.

Can the whole team use it?

Yes. Every paid plan has unlimited users, with roles for owners, managers, reps, canvassers and office staff. The free trial is for up to 3 users.

Is the price final?

It is an estimate from aerial data and your Price Book, with its assumptions listed on the proposal. Check the roof before you sign.
