Billing and Property Credits

What uses a Property Credit

  • A fresh measurement that gives a usable result: 1 credit, whether a rep tapped it or a bulk job priced it.

What is free

  • Measuring the same house again within 30 days.
  • Opening a saved property or proposal.
  • Editing an estimate you already made.
  • A measurement that fails, or a roof RoofGo will not price. Free failures have a daily limit, after which measuring waits until the next day.
  • Finding properties for a bulk job, before you confirm it.
  • Office mailers. RoofGo charges nothing per piece.

The plans

  • Free trial: 25 Property Credits, up to 3 people, no card. Measuring stops when the credits are used.
  • Solo: $99 a month or $990 a year. 100 credits each period, then $1 per extra credit. Up to 10 properties per bulk job.
  • Crew: $299 a month or $2,990 a year. 500 credits each period, then $0.60 per extra credit. Up to 50 properties per bulk job.
  • Team: $899 a month or $8,990 a year. 2,500 credits each period, then $0.36 per extra credit. Up to 250 properties per bulk job.
  • Company: $1,999 a month or $19,990 a year. 10,000 credits each period, then $0.20 per extra credit. Up to 1,000 properties per bulk job.
  • Enterprise: a custom plan. Contact us.

Paid plans have no limit on people. See Pricing for the full comparison.

Running out of credits

A paid plan never stops at its allowance. Each extra credit is added to your next invoice at your plan’s rate, and Billing shows what you have used so far. Credits reset at the start of each period. On the free trial, measuring pauses until you choose a plan.

Changing plan

Billing is for the Owner and Admin.

  1. Open Billing in the menu and tap Change plan (or Choose a plan on the trial).
  2. Pick Monthly or Annual, then tap the plan you want.
  3. Check the summary and confirm. Moving up applies straight away and charges the prorated difference for the rest of the period. Moving down starts at the end of the period, and you keep your current plan and its credits until then.

Card, invoices and cancelling

  1. On Billing, tap Manage billing.
  2. From there you can update the card, see and download invoices, and cancel.

There is no contract. When you cancel you keep full access until the end of the period you paid for, and nothing renews after that. Until then, Billing shows Resubscribe if you change your mind. If RoofGo is not right for you, ask within 30 days of your first payment and we refund that payment in full.

If a payment fails, everything keeps working for a short while and Billing shows the date to update the card by. After that, new measurements pause until the payment goes through. Saved properties and proposals still open.
