Bulk pricing a neighborhood

A bulk job measures and prices every house in an area you pick. The Owner, Admin, Team admin and Manager can run one.

1. Open Bulk in the menu and tap New bulk job. The map opens in bulk mode.
2. Choose how to pick the area: This view, Draw or Radius (on a computer also Box and Corners), and follow the hint on screen.
3. Tap Find properties. This is free: nothing is measured or charged yet.
4. Check the list. Blue pins will be processed; tap one to take it out. Houses you already saved (teal pins), and large buildings that look commercial or multi-family (grey pins), are left out. Houses under heavy tree cover can be missed, so tap those one at a time.
5. Tap Confirm: process. The job runs in the background, so you can leave the page.
6. When it is done, open the job from Bulk and tap Save as properties and proposals. The Owner, Admin, Team admin and Manager can pick a rep and tap Assign saved to this rep. You can also tap Request office mailers or open the Work list.

What it costs

• 1 Property Credit for each property that measures and prices.
• Failed, skipped and unpriceable roofs are free, and so is a house measured in the last 30 days.
• The screen shows the most it can cost before you confirm. The actual charge shows when the job finishes.

Plan limits

Bulk runs on paid plans. The most properties in one job:

• Solo: 10
• Crew: 50
• Team: 250
• Company: 1,000

Too many for your plan? Remove some or draw a smaller area. Results for each property are kept for 30 days after the job; properties and proposals you saved stay in your list.
