Setting up your brand

Brand Studio is your company on every proposal, PDF, email and homeowner link. The Owner and Admin can change it.

  1. Open Settings in the menu. The page is called Brand Studio and has three tabs: Branding, Company and Proposal.
  2. Branding: under Logo and color, choose your logo file (PNG, JPEG, SVG or WebP, under about 290 KB) and pick your accent color.
  3. Company: fill in Who we are (Legal name, Phone, Email, Website, your address and the year you were Founded). Add your Licenses, Manufacturer credentials and Insurance, then What sets you apart: a Tagline, Why choose us points, Awards and ratings and your Warranty line (see Licenses, certifications and insurance). Set your Storm service area (a Center and a Radius). Financing is set in Price Book.
  4. Proposal: write the Closing headline and Closing paragraph, and choose what appears on it: Storm history section (shown only with the RoofGo Storm add-on), Financing options and Insurance claim page.
  5. Check the Preview beside the form, then tap Save changes.

Good to know

  • Clear a box to go back to the built-in value, so nothing can be blanked out by accident.
  • Write the why-us points and the warranty exactly as you want a homeowner to read them. They are claims a customer can hold you to. The warranty line is your workmanship warranty, not the shingle maker’s.
  • The storm service area only sets where the storm map and storm days open first. It never limits where your team can work.
  • Prices are not set here. They live in the Price Book.
